Be able to detect the "System Preferences->International->Language" setting on Mac

      Currently the only way to detect what language is set in the system settings is by using QLocale. QLocale relies on region set in "System Preferences->International->Formats".

      It would be useful to also be able to detect what language is set in the "International->Language".
