Identify all cases where a test that belongs in a certain module tests functionality in a foreign module

One such example is that qdatastream tests qtsvg, but the qdatastream test is (and should be) in QtKernel. QtKernel cannot depend on QtSvg (dependency loop), so we need to identify such cases to be able to move the test code to the right place.
