Qt5: check whether we can do HTTP pipelining by default

    Description

      Do HTTP pipelining by default, except if the user explicitly turns it off.

      This needs to be documented and made clear in any Qt 5 changes document.

      Note also that this must not be done for Ajax-type requests.
