QNetworkAccessManager with PreferCache needs to try to load from cache if network session cannot be established

      [13:15:29] <...> Well, I have my own QNAM with createRequest that sets PreferCache and it does actually use the cache, but only if the network is available!
[13:16:02] <...> If I turn off wifi on the symbian device, I just get "QDeclarativeImage_QML: Network session error"
