[autotests] qdatastream autotest in qtbase depends on qtsvg (circular dependency)

The tst_qdatastream autotest in qtbase depends on qtsvg - which depends on qtbase.

This circular dependency means the test can't be compiled or run in CI. The dependency on QtSvg should be removed (preferable) or the test should be moved.
