Add a function for setting which mouse button should be used for the 'ScrollHandDrag' functionality

    Description

      Currently QGraphicsView has a hard coded behavior of only using the 'ScrollHandDrag' functionality when the LeftButton of the mouse is pressed. It would be nice if one could specify which mouse button was used for this functionality.
