QSystemTrayIcon's Tooltip does not support RTL on windows

      When we set an arabic-english (or arabic-numbers) combination text as ToolTip of tray icon (QSystemTrayIcon), Its ok in Linux, and It makes in Right to Left if requiered. But it windows, it doesn't, and is always left to right.
