HTTP cache: add new method to QNetworkReply to disable saving resources

... to e.g. avoid caching huge resources that would fill up the cache. The decision when to use the cache and when not might be taken after receiving QNetworkReply::metaDataChanged(), so it should still work after setting it in a slot connected to aforementioned signal.
