[autotests] Move maketestselftest to qtqa module

    Description

      From Rohan McGovern: "the way this test is trying to work is not really valid post-modularization. The test needs to be ported into qtqa and set up to use the QT_MODULE_TO_TEST environment variable, like the similar "global" tests."
