[autotests] Review autotests for problems with change of day and daylight-saving change-over

During the last daylight-savings changeover, there were reports of autotests failing due to the local time moving backwards by an hour. There have also been reports int eh past of tests failing at midnight.

Tests that use dates and times should be reviewed to ensure that they will correctly handle daylight-savings adjustments and changes of day/month/year. The blacklisting of such tests should also be reviewed as part of this task.
