Quick3D test: model_viewer

Test Steps:

• On Linux, start Quick3d/bin/model_viewer
• On Windows, start Quick3d\bin\model_viewer.exe
• On devices, click on the model_viewer icon
• Use mouse/touchscreen to rotate the model
• Click on the + button to zoom in
• Click on the - button to zoom out
• Click on the -> button to move (not implemented yet)

Expected Result:

• a monkey head is displayed ( in window on desktop platforms, full screen on devices)
• clicking on the buttons results
