Rectangle border width should be better animated on resizing

The resizing animation behavior on a rectangle border is to add one on the outside, then inside, outside and so on until the animation is complete. If done slowly, it looks somewhat unpleasant.

If this could be done better using something like real/float and antialiasing, it probably should.
