For improved usability, Flickable elements that have content that is both
taller and wider than the flickable itself needs to support flick-direction
limiting. I.e. if the user initially drag/flick horizontally or vertically
(rather than diagonally) then the Flickable should limit the movement of
the contentItem to that direction for the duration of the gesture.
