ListView.visibleArea.heightRatio changes depending on what part of the view is currently visible whereas it should be the same constantly

ListView.visibleArea.heightRatio changes depending on what part of the view is currently visible whereas it should be the same constantly. It should only change if the contents have in fact changed as well. In the attached example just scroll the view and see the size of the scrollbar change as this happens.
