Too many compilation level 4 warnings

    Description

      Both 4.3 and 4.4 produce too many warnings level 4.
      A possible solution is the extending of QT_BEGIN_HEADER/QT_END_HEADER to add a conditional #pragma warning( push, 3) / #pragma pop.
