QML: County, District and Country Code properties of Address object do not affect geocode result

Used qml mapviewer as benchmark app.

1. Queries "county:Norfolk, country: England" and "county:Blah-blah-blah, country: England" produces the same result. Result is London, coordinates (51.5007, -0.1273).

2. User should be able to identify a country via country code, but geocode requests with country code=AUS instead of country=Australia are unsuccessful.

3. Query "street: Brandl st, post code: 4113, country: Australia" redirects user to Canberra (like geocoding of Austarlia only)
