QWindowsVistaStyle doesn't draw the background for spinbox in Windows7

    Description

      When a QLineEdit is set to QSpinBox with setLineEdit() and the background-color is set for the line edit with stylesheet Windows7 is not showing the background-color. This works fine with Windows XP and Vista.

      The attached example reproduces the issue.
