When camera application is opened and closed, the qml application in the background is getting closed

Moved from RC:

Found that whenever camera application is opened and closed (already launched qml application in the background), the qml application which is in the background is getting closed. This is consistently reproduced on N8 device.

Use case scenario:

1. Launch any qml application on N8 device (for example "componenttest"or "qmlgallery" application) which is flashed with MCL image
2. Open camera application by using "camera key" on the device.
3. Close camera application by pressing "back arrow".
4. Qml application crashes at this point.

Observations:

N8 Device + (wk17 MCL image / wk21 iMCL mage) + componenttest: first 7 times not reproduced, but after that reproduced consistently for next 23 times. Reproducibility rate is high. (23/30)
