qt menus are unusable with multi screen configuration

    Description

      Affected application: smplayer, vlc, skype ... => assumption all QT based
      applications

      If horizontal screen resolution exceeds 2048 pixels (happens easy within an multi screen environment) the menus (either right-click context or menubar) either:

      • do not show up at all
      • are distorted (at top of the screen, lined up instead of stacked)
      • on the wrong screen
