Unified QToolBar shading is incorrect on Mac OS X 10.7

      QToolBar's shading no longer matches a unified NSToolbar on Mac OS X 10.7. On Lion the shading is much lighter, particularly in the inactive case, which makes the Qt version no longer look native.
