Route has empty maneuver's instruction text sometimes

Route was calculated for (-27.5822, 153.1) -> (-27.3824, 153.0094) points.
Last instruction is empty in both qml_mapviewer an geoservicedemo applications, although the issue appears differently.
We are getting 13 maneuvers from the server side, but geoservicedemo finds 14 steps. qml_mapviewer correctly gets number of maneuvers, but skips sixth step somehow. Sixth step is "Pass junction 2. Go for 0.5 miles."
