"make confclean" fails in qt5.git

      At the end of configure's output, it says:

      To reconfigure, run 'gmake confclean' and 'configure'.

      If using the recommended setup with qt5.git + submodules, this does not work. the confclean make target appears in qtbase/Makefile, but not in the top-level Makefile.
