QAbstractItemView: Make it possible to "freeze" columns or rows

    Description

      It would be nice if it was possible to "freeze" columns or rows in a table, so those columns or rows were always visible. For example, if the first column in a table is frozen, then it should only scroll vertically, but never horizontally.
