Description
In the windows default style a QSplitter is only visible by the changed cursor. In some cases it might be good to give the programmer an easy method to draw a visible splitter (by having a setDecorated(true) method in QSplitter) and to allow to make it "light up" if the mouse hovers over it (using setHoverEffect(true) ).
