don't know how to create XML declaration using QDom

The documentation for QDomProcessingInstruction says "Do not use this function to create an xml declaration", but fails to suggest the correct way to create an XML declaration. Most online examples use QDomProcessingInstruction to create the declaration.

The documentation should either be changed to state the correct way to create the declaration, or else perhaps the admonition should be removed.
