3rd party game developers might want to use GLES 1.x in combination with QOpenGLContext. On EGL this involves setting EGL_CONTEXT_CLIENT_VERSION in the EGL context attributes when calling eglCreateContext(). Qt's OpenGL enablers (QOpenGLFunctions, QOpenGLShaderProgram, QOpenGLFramebufferObject) etc might not be supported in this mode.
