Mac OS X: create a widget flag for focus frame visibility

QMacStyle has a property focusFramePolicy that determines the focus frame visiblity of each widget. Since QMacStyle is the only style that has this method, it would make sense to move the property to a widget flag to remove the need of having to write a custom widget/style or to set it manually for each widget
