Deletes and updates fail in a QSqlTableModel when not all the columns in the model are shown.

      When QSqlTableModel::removeColumns is called to hide the unnecessary columns form a model deletes and updates fail with the error "QSqlQuery::value: not positioned on a valid record" while inserts work just fine.
