QMenu submenu sloppy feature does not work in when there is a disabed item.

Consider this;

Item 1 >
Disabled Item

If you hover over 'Item 1' the submenu is opened.
In order to move to the submenu the user has to move the mouse and he might touch the disabled item for a very little while.
In the case of having a disabled item the mouse entering the 'disabled item' will have the immediate effect of closing the submenu, making it hard to navigate to it.
