Check that translation files do not prevent Qt update in Symbian

    Description

      If a process is using Qt and Qt keeps a translation file open in wrong way, then Qt.sis cannot be installed. Ensure that the way tranlation files are loaded allows updating of Qt also in Symbian filesystem. If there are issues, create a workaround (twin files / update P&S notification to close .qm files / ...).
