Convert qdoc's QML parser to be compatible with the QML parser in Qt5.

The files qmlcodemarker.cpp and qmlcodeparser.cpp call some functions in the javascript lexer that don't exist in Qt5. But there are equivalent functions in Qt5, so the calls must all be changed to use the new functions.
