Runonphone has serenum_<platform>.cpp for detecting available serial ports.
The SymbianDeviceManager class imported from Qt Creator has a different way of detecting serial ports.

For avoidance of duplicated code, merge the code into SymbianDeviceManager, and have the runonphone front end use that.

The runonphone code is slightly better, as it can detect the correct acm port (the phone exposes two, the wrong one is connected to the modem)

Lowish priority because of symbian not being currently supported by Qt5
