Add "stacked" ListView section positioning

      Many people seem to want to do things like described in this mailthred: http://lists.trolltech.com/pipermail/qt-qml/2010-August/000891.html

      "Stacked" section labels would allow an overview of the available sections and perhaps allow quick jumping to a section by clicking on the section label to expand the delegates.

      This task was spun-off from QTBUG-12880
