Symbian: Many items are still missing from whatlog in platform builds

    Description

      The following items do not generate whatlog entries in sbsv2 builds:

      • Anything built using QMAKE_EXTRA_COMPILERS. Needs fix in mkspecs/symbian-sbsv2/flm/qt/qmake_extra_pre_targetdep.flm.
      • qmake_clean.flm - Should be added to config.profiles/Symbian/bld.inf exports where rest of the Qt's flm files are exported.
      • mkspecs exported under epocroot during clean build. Needs fix in config.profiles/Symbian/qtconfig.flm.
