error message "Installation failed" instead of information message "Installation cancelled"

Steps for reproducing:
1. put sis-file on device
2. launch installation
=> "Instal: Name: [Application] Installer Version:[application's version]... Ok/Cancel" dialog appears
3. click "Ok"
=> dialog for disk selection appears
4. select appropriate disk and click "Select"
=> "Instal: Name: Nokia Smart Installer Version: 0.46(0)... Ok/Cancel" dialog appears
5. Click on the "Ok" button
=> progress bar of installation process appears
6. Click on the "Cancel" button

Expected results:
1. "Cancel installation? Yes/No" dialog appears. After selection of "Yes" option, "Installation cancelled" info-message is shown.
2. If I try to re-launch installation process, I will not receive the message like "Do you want to reinstall...?" because of nothing was installed as the installation was cancelled).

Fail results:
1. "Cancel installation? Yes/No" dialog appears. Straight after it "Preparation installation" progress bar appears and hangs. So you could not select "Yes" option in the previous dialog. After clicking on the "Cancel" button corresponded to "Preparation installation" progress bar disabled "Cancel installation? Yes/No" dialog will be shown. Touch the screen to activate the "Cancel installation? Yes/No" dialog. Then select "Yes". => "Installation failed" error-message appears (with red exclamation mark).
2. If I try to re-launch installation process, then dialog "[Application] Installer already exists. Replace version [app_version] with version [app_version]? Yes/No" appears.
