Need a clipboard API in QML

      Currently it's not possible to clear clipboard from QML side (or at least it's not obvious how to do so).

      Other clipboard related functionality is accessed through the editor APIs (TextEdit and TextInput) so it would be logical to add a "clearClipboard" slot to those APIs (and even to QTextControl).

      Another possibility would be to introduce a global clipboard object (maybe under Qt.application).
