    Description

      Our product uses the following packages:

      • OpenC STDCPP
      • OpenC SSL
      • OpenC PIPS

      The following dependencies are defined for our product:

      During installation SmartInstaller reverting changes and a message "Device unsupported" appears.

      As I can see in the documentation - Symbian^3 devices must be supported.

      In the attached log there is line, that PIPS package is not available for those devices. Nevertheless we have an experience of PIPS installation on those devices.

      All of C7 and N8 devices were updated to Symbian Anna. SmartInstaller does not work both before and after update.
