SmartInstaller fails on PIPS installation

    Description

      Our product uses the following packages:

      OpenC STDCPP
      OpenC SSL
      OpenC PIPS

      The following dependencies are defined for our product:

      (0x200110CB), 1, 6, 0 ~ *, *, *,

      {"OpenC SSL"}

      (0x2000F866), 1, 6, 0 ~ *, *, *,

      {"OpenC STDCPP"}

      SmartInstaller downloads the packages and fails on installing PIPS (see "log.txt"). The problem is that PIPS is included into ROM and is not upgradable. If PIPS installer is started, the message "PIPS not upgradable" appears.
