Remove several "QML:" qualifiers which should no longer be required

In the past, to avoid file name conflicts, we prepended "QML:" to references to the QML classes Qt and QtObject. These should no longer be required, and they are removed. However, qdoc still has some problems generating the reference pages for these two QML classes, so there will be updates to this task.
