Add capability to document "abstract" QML components

We have a use case where QML component A inherits QML component B, but B is not meant to be instantiated itself. We don't want to document B as a standalone component. we want to document B's properties and signals and methods, but we want the documentation for those to be included on the reference page for A, as if those properties, etc, from B actually live in A.
