QMediaPlayer does not work properly in Qt 4.7.4

"I have this video example developed in Qt 4.7.2 using QMediaPlayer and QVideoWidget. The app works well in Symbian devices which has Qt 4.7.2. Now I test the app on Symbian devices with Qt 4.7.4 and find it does not work properly (not sure if the same problem with Qt 4.7.3 or not).

The problem is that after playing a video clip, the next video cannot be played and there is an error -1, sometimes -33. This reminds me of the graphics memory problem in some early Qt 4.7 build.
