OCX Initialization loop in QAxBase::initialize()

      The Initialization of an OCX (Written in VB6 or MFC) with QAxWidget can gererate an infinite loop if the control tries to paint in initialization. The method QAxBase::initialize() needs to be blocked during the CoCreateControl() call. See attached patch.
