Possibility to make the cache path an absoulte path

Add an attribute to the cacheDirectory tag to specify if the path is absolute or relative. When being able to specify an absolute path, people can easily create portable applications.

If an absolute path is specified, Assistant should then probably not copy the collection file, but use the given collection file instead.
