qwaylandinputdevice.cpp (A Qt Wayland Platform Plugin file) can't compile against current Wayland (from GIT)

      Current pull of Qt5, current pull of Wayland, Mesa, Cairo (all from latest Git). Wayland itself compiles successfully.

      It appears that the device interface definitions have been changed on the Wayland side. (It's much more simple, with fewer specific event interfaces.)

      The job of fixing this is far "above my head". And, because a main user of this Platform interface will be micro platforms: Meego, N900, etc., where I am unable to test, I should not attempt the fix.
