Suggestion: New QDockWidget features

      Several suggestions for interacting with tabified dockwidgets:

      • Enable dragging to change the order of the tabs. Changing the order of the tabbed docks by dragging the tab past the other tabs.
      • Enable un-tabbing of dockwidget by double-clicking on the tab.
      • Enable a key-modifier to avoid docking a dockwidget while dragging it, or require that a key is pressed when dragging to be able to dock.
      • Display graphical guidance in the main window to show where the user can dock the dockwidget.
