MouseArea should not emit long press signal when mouse position is changed

      In the case where a user has both an onPressAndHold handler, and an onReleased handler, the onPressAndHold signal should not be fired when mouse position is moved beyond the click threshold.

      In the case where the user wants the release behaviour to occur, it appears they will get both.
