QLocale::system().name() returns wrong locale string in 4.8.0; was correct in 4.7.4

      The method in question: QLocale::system().name()

      Correct return value with 4.7.4: en_US
      Wrong return value with 4.8.0: de_DE

      Considering my system language settings in the attached screenshot. First English and then German.
