Mac: The Designer and Assistant does not contain locversion.plist for supported languages.

On Mac, the Qt programs such as Designer and Assistant does not contain locversion.plist.

This makes the application menu not properly translated in for example German.

It should perhaps contain a locversion.plist that supports the same languages as there are Qt translations.
