Bind Alt+Up in file picker dialog

    Description

      The Qt file picker dialog (QFileDialog with DontUseNativeDialog) should bind Alt+Up to "parent directory", at least on Linux. Currently, backspace is bound to that on Linux which is not very native to the filesystem.
