Capitalize function doesn't work for textedit

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Lauch qmlviewer, open file textedit.qml

      2. Input some text in green textedit field

      3. Press button "All Upper", or "All Lower" , or "Small caps", or "Capitialize"
      Actual results

      The text in green field doesn't change when press the buttons. The text shuld be change to consistent with the buttons, e.g, all letters should be upper case when press "All Upper". Tested qml is added to attachment
